三换思维

事业就像走迷宫，“自古成功在尝试”。这就要求我们学会“三换思维”：换位思考，换心思考，换向思考。有个经典故事可谓妇孺皆知，但不少人还是免不了重蹈覆辙。一位青年画家请教大画家门采尔：“我作一幅画只用一天的时间就够了，为什么卖掉它却要用上一年的时间？”门采尔反问道：“你为什么不倒过来试试？”

曾国藩所率湘军与太平天国军作战，连吃败仗。幕僚草拟奏章，中有“屡战屡败”字样。曾国藩大为不悦，提笔改为“屡败屡战”。同样两词，顺序一换，战无不败的颓唐之师就变成了百折不挠的威武之师。

两个故事，一个道理：要想知道，打个颠倒。不管螺丝怎么设计，正向拧不开的时候，反向必定拧得开。山重水复，此路不通的时候，换换位，换换心，换换向，往往豁然开朗，柳暗花明。

人的导向模式有两种，一种是“原点导向式”——从现有资源出发，正向推演，步步为营，另一种是“目标导向式”——从目标出发，反向推演，步步链接：倒推资源配置，倒推时间分配，链接战略战术，链接方法手段……不问我的一双手能干多少件事，惟问移泰山需要多少双手；不问我的一盏灯能照多少里路，惟问亮天下需要多少盏灯！

市场竞争，资源互动，人没有边界，财没有边界，物没有边界，你中有我，我中有你。目标的诞生，不仅是个抱负问题，也是个方法问题；目标的伺服，不仅是个机械过程，也是个能动过程。“原点导向式”，先点兵后打旗，捡到篮里才是菜，从有做有；“目标导向式”，先树旗后招兵，没到篮里也是菜，从无做有。有的人广阔天地无作为，有的人螺蛳壳里做道场，心大天也大，志阔地也阔。古人讲“善假于物”。只会用自身肢体作战的是低等动物，能够用十八般武器开战的才是高等动物。只会盯着脚尖就事论事属于一般智慧，能够运筹千里谋定而动才是高级智慧。

英语写作的基本原则
一、长短句原则

长句，累人！写一个短小精辟的句子，相反，却可以起到画龙点睛的作用。而且如果我们把短句放在段首或者段末，也可以揭示主题：

　　As a creature， I eat； as a man， I read. Although one action is to meet the primary need of my body and the other is to satisfy the intellectual need of mind， they are in a way quite similar.

　　如此可见，长短句结合，抑扬顿挫，岂不爽哉？牢记！

　　强烈建议：在文章第一段（开头）用一长一短，且先长后短；在文章主体部分，要先用一个短句解释主要意思，然后在阐述几个要点的时候采用先短后长的句群形式，定会让主体部分妙笔生辉！文章结尾一般用一长一短就可以了。

　　二、主题句原则

　　国有其君，家有其主，文章也要有其主。否则会给人造成"群龙无首"之感！写一个主题句，放在文章的开头（保险型）或者结尾，让读者一目了然，必会平安无事！

　　特别提示：隐藏主体句可是要冒险的！

　　To begin with， you must work hard at your lessons and be fully prepared before the exam（主题句）。 Without sufficient preparation， you can hardly expect to answer all the questions correctly.

　　三、一二三原则

　　领导讲话总是第一部分、第一点、第二点、第三点、第二部分、第一点…

　　如此罗嗦。可毕竟还是条理清楚。考官们看文章也必然要通过这些关键性的"标签"来判定你的文章是否结构清楚，条理自然。破解方法很简单，只要把下面任何一组的词汇加入到你的几个要点前就清楚了。

~first， second， third， last（不推荐，原因：俗）

　　~firstly， secondly， thirdly， finally（不推荐，原因：俗）

　 ~the first， the second， the third， the last（不推荐，原因：俗）

　 ~in the first place， in the second place， in the third place，lastly（不推荐，原因：俗）

~to begin with， then， furthermore， finally（强烈推荐）

　　~to start with， next， in addition， finally（强烈推荐）

　　~first and foremost， besides， last but not least（强烈推荐）

~most important of all， moreover， finally

　　~on the one hand， on the other hand（适用于两点的情况）

　　~for one thing， for another thing（适用于两点的情况）

　　建议：不仅仅在写作中注意，平时说话的时候也应该条理清楚！

　　四、短语优先原则

　　写作时，尤其是在考试时，如果使用短语，有两个好处：其一、用短语会使文章增加亮点，如果老师们看到你的文章太简单，看不到一个自己不认识的短语，必然会看你低一等。相反，如果发现亮点-精彩的短语，那么你的文章定会得高分了。其二、关键时刻思维短路，只有凑字数，怎么办？用短语是一个办法！比如：

　　I cannot bear it.

　　可以用短语表达：I cannot put up with it.

　　I need it.

　　可以用短语表达：I am looking forward to it.

　　这样字数明显增加，表达也更准确。

　　五、多实少虚原则

　　原因很简单，写文章还是应该写一些实际的东西，不要空话连篇。这就要求一定要多用实词，少用虚词。我这里所说的虚词就是指那些比较大的词。比如我们说一个很好的时候，不应该之说nice这样空洞的词，应该使用一些诸如generous，humorous， interesting， smart， gentle， warm-hearted， hospital 之类的形象词。再比如：

　　走出房间，general的词是：walk out of the room

　　但是小偷走出房间应该说：slip out of the room

　　小姐走出房间应该说：sail out of the room

　　小孩走出房间应该说：dance out of the room

　　老人走出房间应该说：stagger out of the room

　　所以多用实词，少用虚词，文章将会大放异彩！

　　六、多变句式原则

　　1）加法（串联）

　　希望写下很长的句子，可就是怕写错，怎么办，最保险的写长句的方法就是这些，可以在任何句子之间加and，

　　但最好是前后的句子又先后关系或者并列关系。比如说：

　　I enjoy music and he is fond of playing guitar.

　　如果是二者并列的，我们可以用一个超级句式：

　　Not only the fur coat is soft， but it is also warm.

　　其它的短语可以用：

　　besides， furthermore， likewise， moreover　　

2）转折

　　批评某人缺点的时候，我们总习惯先拐弯抹角说说他的优点，然后转入正题，再说缺点，这种方式虽然阴险了点，可毕竟还比较容易让人接受。所以呢，我们说话的时候，只要在要点之前先来点废话，注意二者之间用个专这次就够了。

　　The car was quite old， yet it was in excellent condition.

　　The coat was thin， but it was warm.

　　更多的短语：

　　despite that， still， however， nevertheless， in spite of， despite，notwithstanding

　　3）因果（so， so， so）

　　讲故事的时候我们总要追求先后顺序，先什么，后什么，所以然后这个词就变得很常见了。其实这个词表示的是先后或因果关系！

　　The snow began to fall， so we went home.

　　更多短语：

　　then， therefore， consequently， accordingly， hence， as a result， for this，reason， so that

　　4）失衡句（头重脚轻，或者头轻脚重）

　　有些人脑袋大，身体小，或者有些人脑袋小，身体大，虽然我们不希望长成这个样子，可如果真的是这样了，也就必然会吸引别人的注意力。文章中如果出现这样的句子，就更会让考官看到你的句子与众不同。其实就是主语从句，表语从句，宾语从句的变形。

　　举例：This is what I can do.

　　Whether he can go with us or not is not sure.

　　同样主语、宾语、表语可以改成如下的复杂成分：

　　When to go， Why he goes away…

　　5）附加（多此一举）

　　当你再讲某个人的时候，旁边人会加上一句说，"我也是的，等等"将旁边人的话入加到我们的句里面，那就是定语从句和同位语从句或者是附加语。

　　The man whom you met yesterday is a friend of mine.

　　　Mr Lou， our oral English teacher， is easy-going.

　　其实很简单，同位语--要解释的东西删除后不影响整个句子的构成；定语从句-借用之前的关键词并且用其重新组成一个句子插入其中，但是whom or that 关键词必须要紧跟在先行词之前。

　　6）排比（排山倒海句）

　　文学作品中最吸引人的地方莫过于此，如果非要让你的文章更加精彩的话，那么我希望你引用一个个的排比句，一个个得对偶句，一个个的不定式，一个个地词，一个个的短语，如此表达将会使文章有排山倒海之势！

　　Whether your tastes are modern or traditional， sophisticated or simple，there is plenty in London for you.

　　Nowadays， energy can be obtained through various sources such as oil，coal， natural gas， solar heat， the wind and ocean tides.

　　We have got to study hard， to enlarge our scope of knowledge， to realize our potentials and to pay for our life. （气势恢宏）

　　要想写出如此气势恢宏的句子非用排比不可！

　　七、挑战极限原则

　　既然十挑战极限，必然是比较难的，但是并非不可攀！

　　　　The weather being fine， a large number of people went to climb the Western Hills.

　　Africa is the second largest continent， its size being about three times that of China.

　　如果您可一些出这样的句子，不得高分才怪！

当简单的事情重复

全国著名的推销大师，即将告别他的推销生涯，应行业协会和社会各界的邀请，他将在该城中最大的体育馆，做告别职业生涯的演说。
那天，会场座无虚席，人们在热切地、焦急地等待着，那位当代最伟大的推销员，作精彩的演讲。当大幕徐徐拉开，舞台的正中央吊着一个巨大的铁球。为了这个铁球，台上搭起了高大的铁架。
一位老者在人们热烈的掌声中，走了出来，站在铁架的一边。他穿着一件红色的运动服，脚下是一双白色胶鞋。人们惊奇地望着他，不知道他要做出什么举动。这时两位工作人员，抬着一个大铁锤，放在老者的面前。主持人这时对观众讲：请两位身体强壮的人，到台上来。好多年轻人站起来，转眼间已有两名动作快的跑到台上。
老人这时开口和他们讲规则，请他们用这个大铁锤，去敲打那个吊着的铁球，直到把它荡起来。一个年轻人抢着拿起铁锤，拉开架势，抡起大锤，全力向那吊着的铁球砸去，一声震耳的响声，那吊球动也没动。他就用大铁锤接二连三地砸向吊球，很快他就气喘吁吁。
另一个人也不示弱，接过大铁锤把吊球打得叮当响，可是铁球仍旧一动不动。台下逐渐没了呐喊声，观众好象认定那是没用的，就等着老人做出什么解释。会场恢复了平静，老人从上衣口袋里掏出一个小锤，然后认真地，面对着那个巨大的铁球。他用小锤对着铁球“咚”敲了一下，然后停顿一下，再一次用小锤“咚”敲了一下。人们奇怪地看着，老人就那样“咚”敲一下，然后停顿一下，就这样持续地做。
十分钟过去了，二十分钟过去了，会场早已开始骚动，有的人干脆叫骂起来，人们用各种声音和动作发泄着他们的不满。老人仍然一小锤一停地工作着，他好象根本没有听见人们在喊叫什么。人们开始忿然离去，会场上出现了大块大块的空缺。留下来的人们好象也喊累了，会场渐渐地安静下来。
大概在老人进行到四十分钟的时候，坐在前面的一个人突然尖叫一声：“球动了！”刹时间会场立即鸦雀无声，人们聚精会神地看着那个铁球。那球以很小的摆度动了起来，不仔细看很难察觉。老人仍旧一小锤一小锤地敲着，人们好象都听到了那小锤敲打吊球的声响。吊球在老人一锤一锤的敲打中越荡越高，它拉动着那个铁架子“哐、哐“作响，它的巨大威力强烈地震撼着在场的每一个人。终于场上爆发出一阵阵热烈的掌声，在掌声中，老人转过身来，慢慢地把那把小锤揣进兜里。
老人开口讲话了，他只说了一句话：在成功的道路上，你没有耐心去等待成功的到来，那么，你只好用一生的耐心去面对失败。。说成功难，我看这不成功才是真的难。”实际上，只要我们注意就发现，那些生活在贫困线上的人才是真的有耐心，有吃苦耐劳的品质，他们正是以这种惊人的耐心忍受着不成功的现实和生活。
很多的人以为成功很难，成功要付出太多、成功会很痛苦，就不去想和追求。那是不是不成功就很舒服、很自在？当然不是，事实上，不成功才真的更难。有的人不肯付出一时的努力去博取成功去换取一生的幸福，却甘愿用尽一生的耐心去面对失败的痛苦。生活在贫困线上的人面对的是吃饭、挨冻、生存这样的大事，这是涉及到生死存亡的大事，他们的心理压力会小么？他们甚至可以用健康、甚至是生命去拼，只是为了换取生活中最基本的需要。他们付出的代价是巨大的，他们又何以轻松呢？
那些追逐成功的人，是为了获得更好的生活，更高的地位、更大的成就，就因为他们有梦想和肯于奋斗，他们不用去为生存本身发愁，他们时刻想着如何让声后变得更好。现在你还能说成功太累，成功太难这可笑的话么？你是选择创造、追求成功的生活呢？还是安于现状、不思进取、得过且过，当然，你有权力选择你要的生活.

Top 11 must-have Internet Explorer Addons

In case you're one of those folks using that other browser (aka Internet Explorer or IE), this post is for you. Here, you'll find a bunch of cool browser extras (other then Google Tool bar) to make Internet Explorer way more usable.

(1) Leech Video - handy IE ad don that lets you download favorite videos from popular video sharing websites (i.e. Youtube, Google Video, DailyMotion, etc.). Other alternatives: Viloader Video Downloader

(2) Inline Search - integrates an in-page search feature to Internet Explorer. Use 'CTR+F' to launch it in the left-bottom corner of your browser window.

(3) ShareThis - lets you quickly (1) email webpages (or embedded pictures or videos) to friends or contacts (gmail, myspace, facebook…) and (2) post notes to your Facebook/Myspace profiles.

(4) Convert with Zamzar - browser addon from a comprehensive, web-based file conversion service, Zamzar. Lets you convert and download desired files from your favorite websites at the click of a button on your browser toolbar. It can be a Youtube video that you want to play in Windows Media Player, a Flickr image that you need in JPEG format, or a word file that you need in PDF.

(10) Videoronk (only IE 7) - add 'Videoronk' to your search toolbar and you'll be able to search on top 8 video sharing websites simultaneously (Youtube, Google Video, Vimeo, Metacafe, iFilm, Blip.tv, Revver, DailyMotion and Myspace Video).

(11) IE7Pro (only IE 7) - little overwhelming and takes some time to get used to, but totally worth it. Includes powerful tab manager, AD or Flash blocking utility, crash recovery, Proxy switcher, web accelerator, User Agent switcher, webpage capturer, Greasemonkey scripts support and some more.
